  2. I understand that after approval from the company, only Indian citizens who are at least 18 years old and mentally competent can participate in the helpnlife.com online helping platform.
  3. I understand that a person with a mobile phone number, an e-mail ID, a bank account, a UPI ID, and valid central or state government documents such as a PAN card or an Aadhaar card is only permitted to have one membership on the helpnlife.com online helping platform. I am also aware that using these documents to issue membership to someone else is a criminal offence.
  4. I hereby agree that the Need Advertisement Fee that I pay to the helpnlife.com online helping platform and the money that I use to help others are earned through my own efforts and ownership and not through terrorism, treason, extortion, theft, or any other criminal or illegal activity.
  5. I understand and agree that I am obligated to provide KYC information to helpnlife.com online helping platform at the time of my association with helpnlife.com online helping platform.
  6. I fully understand, agree, and accept that the financial assistance given directly by me to any Membersin advised through helpnlife.com online helping platform will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. And I understand that thanks and regards is return to the help I done to the members.
  7. I fully comprehend, understand, agree, and accept that the Advertisement Fee or service charge, which I voluntarily pay to the company to advertise my needs and profile to other users in the helpnlife.com online helping platform, as well as GST to be paid to the government from time to time, will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever, I also understand and accept that I am receiving services equal to the value of the Advertisement Fee or service charge that I payed.
  8. I fully understand and agree that misusing or misinterpreting the concept, honesty, or transparency of helpnlife.com online helping platform's terms and conditions and using them to mislead the public is illegal, and helpnlife.com online helping platform/Authorities of HELP IN LIFE will pursue legal action against those who do so.
  9. I am also aware that the password I use on the helpnlife.com online helping platform is strictly personal and should not be shared with other Membersor individuals.
  10. I understand and agree that I will be solely liable for any damages or legal proceedings incurred by the company or individuals if the password to be kept very private on the helpnlife.com online helping platform is disclosed to other Memberss/individuals.
  11. I understand that the platform does not allow asking another Members/person for the membership password of any Members on the helpnlife.com online helping platform, nor does it authorise giving the password to the asked Members/person in any way or for any reason.
  12. I acknowledge and agree that if helpnlife.com online helping platform/HELP IN LIFE company is convinced that any Members of helpnlife.com online helping platform is acting against the platform or against society, or engaging in criminal activity, the platform or the company reserves the right to terminate that person’s membership and ban him or her from the platform for life.
  13. I comprehensively understand and agree that Helpnlife.com online helping platform/HELP IN LIFEhas full authority to revoke my Membership and remove me from the platform without further notice if the platform/company is convinced that I am promoting another idea or business using the contact information of other Membersof the helpnlife.com online helping platform.
  14. I understand and agree that I am only eligible to receive help from the help Slab which I helped to one of the user who is advised by the helpnlife.com online helping platform as per the following Help Slab given in the platform.
    • 1. Help Slab 1. Rs. 500,
    • 2. Help Slab 2. Rs. 1000,
    • 3. Help Slab 3. Rs. 2500,
    • 4. Help Slab 4. Rs. 5000,
    • 5. Help Slab 5. Rs. 10000
    • ( I will get helps from Help Slab 1. Rs. 500, only if I helped to one of the member who advised by the system. And it will be applicable for all help slabs)
  15. I also fully understand and comprehend that this is not a money earning or any other type of Profit Making business platform. I will have the chance to get help from the community that I developed by referring directly and indirectly.
  16. Once a member registers on the helpnlife.com online helping platform and provides direct financial help to at least one other member and have at least 4 members in my community, that member becomes eligible to receive direct financial help from other members. I can only able to invite new members to the helpnlife.com online helping platform by using my 'invitation link'. I fully understand and agree that if I do not comply, I may deactivate myself after 90 days or my membership will be terminated by the Help in Life, in order to ensure a smooth operation to other members and the helpnlife.com online helping platform.
  17. I fully acknowledge and agree that if a Members associated with helpnlife.com online helping platform interferes with the activities of another Members, refuses to cooperate, or acts against the platform, helpnlife.com online helping platform/HELP IN LIFE has the right to transfer that Members's Membership to another Members.
  18. I also understand and accept that the Need/Profile Advertisement Fee that must be paid to the helpnlife.com online helping platform to show my needs to other members and will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.
  19. I certify to the company that if I violate Terms and Conditions No. 19, I will be solely responsible for any damages or legal actions that may arise and will not involve helpnlife.com or HELP IN LIFE in any legal issues.
  20. I fully understand and agree that in order to receive the 'invitation link' needed to invite members of society who are willing to help the members advised by Helpnlife.com financially for their needs , I must provide financial help to one member advised helpnlife.com and confirmed by the receiver that received financial help.
  21. I understand that if I fail to cooperate with the helpnlife.com online helping platform, or if I become interested, or if I voluntarily deactivate my Membership within the first 30 days of registration.
  22. I hereby agree to provide direct financial help to other Membersof the helpnlife.com online helping platform who have registered before me and have already assisted others with the money I earned.
  23. I fully understand that the financial help I provide directly to Memberson the helpnlife.com online helping platform is for the Members's personal needs and services.
  24. I agree that I am personally interested in and willing to provide direct financial help to members in five stages for a total of Rs. 19000/- ( Rupees Ninteem Thousand ).
  25. I fully understand that in order to Advertice my need/Profile to get financial help from each Members of the helpnlife.com on line helping platform must pay a Need/Profile Advertisement Fee of Rs.167/- for each advertisement.
  26. I understand that, cash transfer more than Rs.2000/- as financial help is a punishable crime.
  27. I understand that Memberson the helpnlife.com online helping platform can only provide direct financial help through UPI transactions, which are part of the 100% Digital India initiative.
  28. I understand and agree that it is my personal duty and responsibility to pay taxes, and that paying taxes is necessary for the country's development.
  29. I understand that the helpnlife.com online helping platform or the HELP IN LIFE company will take personal legal proceedings against Memberss/individuals who contravene the helpnlife.com online helping platform's concept, honesty, transparency, and terms and conditions.
  30. I voluntarily agree to provide my personal details to other Memberss, such as name, email address, mobile number, UPI ID, and Members number in order to receive direct financial help from other Membersthrough the helpnlife.com online helping platform.
  31. I personally understand, acknowledge, and agree that HELP IN LIFE has the absolute right to make timely changes, amendments, and additions to the rules governing the helpnlife.com online helping platform, its terms and conditions, guidelines, and applications for the benefit of Membersor to improve the helpnlife.com online helping platform's operations and to make appropriate changes for the same.
  32. The helpnlife.com online helping platform and society provide equal justice and rights to all individuals associated with the platform. As a result, the helpnlife.com online helping platform does not condone or encourage any act of insulting, yelling, threatening, teasing, commanding, or swearing at members of the platform, whether personally, socially, religiously, politically, financially, psychologically, or legally, as it is against the Indian legal system. Therefore, I understand that if such activities are found, the offender will be expelled from the helpnlife.com online helping platform and his or her Membership will be transferred to another qualified individual.
  33. I understand that if any woman associated with the helpnlife.com online helping platform is subjected to personal or social abuse or humiliation, or if there is any action or interference to harm her womanhood, and such incidents are brought to the platform's attention, those cases will be reported to investigating agencies based on evidence, and the HELP IN LIFE company has the right to take appropriate legal action.
